No, I had to order separately from my pay as you go carrier. It was very inexpensive - the sim card itself was 99 cents and I also ordered a $15 data plan, just to get the phone going so I could pay with it a bit to see if I liked it. . Then i ported the phone over to my existing phone number. Very smooth process.
