• The iPad had everything it needed except a case, if you wanted one. It had a cord and charger.

• Yes it does, but it wasn’t an Apple charger and cord. I gave it as a gift, and a month later it didn’t charge the iPad anymore had to get an Apple charger and cord. Ipad works great though, and she was very happy with it.

• No the cord is working the iPad just took a very long time to charge to even turn on I had it charging for about 2 hours before it would reboot
