• It will update to iOS 9 Max. iOS 10 supports 64 but systems and the iPhone 4s is 32. So anything over 9 is not compatible with the 4s

• It's just having 8 gigs space overall, so updating the latest OS will have resource crunch and more over this is old model so not sure if hardware will support latest OS features.
