• Yes. Currently (as of 9/8/2019), if you have Best Buy do the Verizon activation, you can save $100 on the phone.

• Yes, I purchased my note 10 for Verizon at Bestbuy and it was activated and everything transferred at the BestBuy store. Bestbuy has better pricing then Verizon Corporate store and they can also do the Verizon monthly device payments there too. All you pay in store is the tax on the phone.
