• A:Answer I cannot say for sure but I was recently deployed to Afghanistan and it worked there, as long as I had WiFi and I downloaded all my apps with my Apple ID. You don’t need a SIM card either but I put one in to use while I was there. I believe this phone will work in Vietnam.
