A:AnswerI bought a regular pre-owned iPhone 7 before buying one that's verified excellent and the back came with some scratches and it lags often and drops the WiFi every few minutes. When I bought the one that's in excellent condition and there were no scratches and so far is doesn't drop the WiFi. I would recommend just buying the one in excellent condition because the restocking fee is 10%, in my opinion it's worth just paying extra the first time and not deal with a phone that glitches.
