Q: Question1- What is meant when it says the phone is pre-owned? 2- What is meant when it says the phone is unlocked? 3- Can a phone that is pre-owned and/or unlocked be activated by a new owner under his existing T-Mobil account?

• A:Answer Pre owned means what it says it was owned by someone else. Unlocked means it can be used for any carrier. I just put my SIM card into it and it works with my T-Mobile account
