Brand new in box - never activated? null

Contrary to the description listed for this item, it is NOT compatible with Verizon! This phone was refurbished, but unable to be activated by me, as I was bamboozled by false advertisement and taken for $35.00!

Item description states “pre-owned”. So no, it is not new in box.
