• Is refurbished, I got a poor condition with scratches on the back. And the charging cable is not from Apple. And I paid $35 dollar to do return. Don’t buy it.

• Ours looks almost brand new and works great. Came with charge cord which I wasn’t expecting. Very happy with whole experience.

• I can’t speak on how they went about refurbishing their phones, but the one I received looks like they just did a master reset. It came with dings, scratches, and fingerprints all over it. Also, it had the original battery, which was absolute crap at that point. The phone works perfectly fine, but I think the price could be lowered.

• Functionally ok but the unit I got was heavily scratch on the rear panel and edges.
