• Yes it is possible. Various services like direct now, Hulu, YouTube and sling offer apps that can be downloaded to utilize their live tv services. Personally I use direct now. It has some issues but does what we need it to and only costs a fraction of what I used to pay for regular cable.

• Sling TV and PS Vue are both popular ways to stream live television on an Apple TV. You can choose from different packages of channels that you want to be able to stream, and it is cheaper than cable.

• You need a good wifi provider who can deliver @ 12Mb and setup your wifi location near the middle of your home.
