This product has a standard 1 year warranty with 90 days phone support from Apple. You can buy AppleCare which would extend it to 2 year warranty and 2 year phone support.

From Apple's web site: "Every Apple TV comes with a one-year limited warranty and 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. With the AppleCare Protection Plan, you can extend your coverage to two years from your Apple TV purchase date."

1 Year, that's all Apple ever does
