• There are both basically except the 64 gig version doesn’t have Ethernet and the 128 gig version does. The 128 gig one also has more storage.

• The only thing I noticed (besides storage space) was the 128 GB has an ethernet port and the 64 GB does not.

• The difference between the two is the amount of storage available on the device. 128 GB has more storage whereas the 64 GB has less storage. This does not affect anything unless you need more storage than the 64 GB device can offer, in that case go for the 128 GB.
