It will be sent from your iPhone. There is no camera in the tv, it just mirrors your iPhone for display.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your question is a little confusing, but I think I can answer it for you. To start, your Samsung television is not FaceTime compatible and the Apple TV does not have a FaceTime app. Obviously you can use your iPhone for FaceTime, and maybe(?) can airplay it to your Apple TV. And if that is the case, it will be your iPhone camera that will be sending video from your end.
