• Yes, I have a 2012 Samsung 8 series and works with no issues. The only downfall is your not getting the full benefit of the 4K.

• You need hdmi cable to make it work. Make and model of TV has nothing to do with working or not.

• This will work with any TV that has an HDMI input. The only other thing you need is either an ethernet cable to your router, or a strong wi-fi signal where the Apple TV will be used.

• Yes the 4K and HDR is outstanding. You need a higher speed hdmi cable and select hdr on your tv. Also some TVs require you to connect to hdmi 2 or hdmi 3. Sony.
