How many channels can I watch with this Apple TV ? null

As many channels as you subscribe to or pay for. This device is only the vehicle used to access your streaming subscriptions. There are not free channels.

The name Apple TV is misleading, you download apps and view them. I like mine. They have a bunch of free apps and then there are some that cost $$.

Haven’t tested it personally but I believe the only way to get this working on Apple TV is with the ‘Channels” application from the TV App Store. Once that’s purchased you should be able to view any channels not flagged as ‘DRM’ on your HDHR channel list. Seems like the only devices able to view DRM encrypted channels currently are the XBOX consoles and Windows desktops / laptops.
