I agree. You are correct. You should not have to ask if tires are included. I think I may have missed your point. I have never bought anything from our Best Buy where the sales rep tried to get me to buy something extra. In all candor, I do not have long conversations with any Best Buy sales rep. For major purchases my conversation with them is limited to delivery instructions (TVs etc.) and pick up time (Computers etc.) For most of the smaller products (Head Phones etc.) I walk in pick one out, pay at the cash register and walk out. All of this is why I like Best Buy. They do not get in my way at all.
