Q: QuestionJust recently heard about the Apple TV and had some questions? How many channels can you get with the Apple TV? Do you get your local channels? Do you need high speed internet to use this? Any monthly fees required?

• A:Answer The Apple TV is a streaming device onto which you can download a variety of apps from various networks, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. plus a variety of game apps that can be played on your TV. Whether you can get local channels depends on which streaming service you subscribe to. You'll need to research those. There are no monthly fees for the device itself. Some apps and streaming services such as AT&T TV, Fubo, Netflix, etc require a subscription to use. Others are free or use your satellite or cable subscription to authorize play. It requires fast enough internet to stream programming. I have boost internet service through Comcast and am very satisfied with the streaming. There's no buffering, glitching or pauses.

• A:Answer If I understand correctly, yes, you can only connect one TV to the Apple TV. If you want to get technical, you may be able to use an HDMI Switcher to connect a second display but ultimately it is my theory only one TV will work or it will be mirrored since it is not a like a computer where you can extend. PS You are able to change the HDMI and move the Apple TV from one TV to another without losing your apps or settings.
