• You wouldn't. AppleTV has a Netflix client. You can also get the Netflix app for iPad. There's really no need for one to push to the other.

• You can actually stream netflix directly through apple tv. Its on the main menu in the internet tab. or you can just load the video on the ipad and airplay it over.

• You shouldn't have to. Use your existing Netflix account credentials for your iPad Netflix app (or computer if it is on there) to sign in to Netflix on Apple TV.

• You can just download the Netflix App on your IPAD and then go into the App, sign into your Netflix account on the IPAD - and then you can stream any movie or TV show that you want, it is quite easy to do.

• The Apple TV has its own netflix app, you don't need to use the iPad. In fact, there is no way to use the iPad to stream Netflix to an Apple TV since you would never need to. Just register your Netflix account in the Apple TV and it will access your queue etc.
