You wouldn't. AppleTV has a Netflix client. You can also get the Netflix app for iPad. There's really no need for one to push to the other.

In fact, there is no way to use the iPad to stream Netflix to an Apple TV since you would never need to. Just register your Netflix account in the Apple TV and it will access your queue etc.
