QuestionWhy does this picture the BAND but states LOOP in the description?I tried speaking w/costumer service and they led me to believe that if I placed my order based on the description I would get the right order.I just checkd order status and it doen't match?

- Answer The “ loop”:is where after you snap goes back though that hole / slant under band. Hope thts what you were speaking about.

- Answer Your cellular provider determines how much you would pay for the cellular service in the Watch. Mine charges an extra $10/month

QuestionI received a Apple Watch 4 Nike +40 mm for my birthday 2 days ago. Looks like most apps on phone transferred besides my GOGGLE PLAY MUSIC. & few other. Before switching to iPhone had no issue using google play. Can I DL SM, PLAY, FB ETC?

- Answer Apple Watches sold in the US are configured for North America cellular band usage. The watch has an SIM embedded in it; there is no slot to swap out the SIM.
