• It does not stretch in the sense that it is one size you can just adjust it to your wrist because it can be closed via Velcro at any point. I like it

• This is pretty late in the game to answer your question but the band is not stretchy, it’s also not very absorbent which is nice. It’s like a nylon material, very strong, light and comfortable and is also reflective.
