You don’t have to get extra line it can be connected to current line

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cellular option does require an additional line on your account for billing purposes. But when you sync the watch to your iPhone it will clone itself as your iPhone number.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.An additional line will need to be added. Wearables are $10 a month and definitely worth the money. The number that is assigned to the watch will never be used as it is there as a number to be forwarded to when you don’t have your phone with you
