Do I need a cell phone too use the phone on the watch null

It needs to be on and in range. The watch works off of your iphone. AT&T charges $10.00 a month for your watch if you choose to activate the phone feature. If you go to work and forget your phone, the watch will function as a phone as long as the phone is on.

Negative, but you will have to set it up on your cellular plan for a extra fee per month
