“Will the "Ive fallen and need help " feature work on the GPS only watch or does it have to be GPS + Cellular?”

It works on GPS only (as well as GPS + Cellular), with my iPhone nearby, which I carry at all times. My husband did fall (with GPS only) and the fall feature activated.

It works on both the GPS and cellular. So far I have seen no reason to pay the extra for the cellular version since I can be pretty far away from my phone and the watch features, (text and phone) still work.
