• Yes, the Apple ones fit flawlessly from 38 to 40. Some third party bands that you could get from Amazon, etc. will fit but may feel a bit loose where it connects. I’ve had no issues using old bands since I switched from the 1st Apple Watch 38mm to the newest Apple Watch 40mm.

• my biggest fear of upgrading that I would need all new bands after upgrading from original version 1. Not so, they all fit perfect.

• I believe so. 38mm belts should work with 40mm watch
