I believe you can stream although I do not do that. Whatever your phone can do the watch is paired and will play the music. As far as the headphones go, I don't know.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can connect to Apple Music using WiFi or you can download onto the watch and use it without WiFi. You also have your headphones connected to your phone and watch at the same time. I use my beats with them and have no issues with it.
