I wear my Apple Watch in the shower and wash dishes with it. It is definitely waterproof!!

I would say for the most part, i wouldn’t personally go diving in the ocean with it but there’s an option to “water lock” your watch and it works pretty well for the times I’ve seen in a pool with it
