Yes. Selecting the GPS+cellular option is the unlocked version. If you select GPS, there will be no cellular connectivity on its own, and the AT&T or Verizon selections are carrier specific. Hope this helps!

Yes you can buy an unlocked one and then add a device to your carrier, That is what I did.

They are all unlocked you do need an iPhone 6 Plus or later
