• Yes, the iWatch Series 6 does do electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) and measures your Blood Oxygen levels. I use both apps daily. Nice features.

• Yes, Apple Watch Series 4 or later can take EKG. Yes, Apple Watch Series 6 can measure your blood oxygen level with the Blood Oxygen app.
