• A:Answer Don't know of any CGM (continuous glucose monitor) that has software that can align to an Apple Watch or other type "smart" watch. You can use a smart phone (either iOS or Android based) with a CGM such as Dexcom or Freestyle Libre to have a way to measure your blood glucose levels without having to draw blood each time.
