Yes it does just be careful you get the rubber ear pieces back. I had my headphone sent out for same reason and they came back with out rubber ear pieces. Also my other headphone stopped working and I believe it has something to do with putting them on charger with sweat from running on the metal charging component. In other words make sure your headphone go back in charger dried off.
