Please try again later.If it connects via SATA, your Windows 10 machine has an available open USB port, and the files aren't corrupted (or hidden, or security-locked out), it should work; one just opens a Windows Explorer window for the source drive and the destination, and then drag-and-drop the desired files.

Or a desktop. I don’t think you can get enough power out of your USB port to run hard drive. At least I was not able to

The drive is 3.5" and a spindle speed of 7200, this would require more power than the USB port can provide. If the drive was solid state I might be inclined to say yes but a spinning drive, no way
