• A:Answer An Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub is required. The annual subscription fee depends on your needs. For example, if you want to save camera footage to the cloud, you can purchase a cloud storage plan. If you want to silence the alarm, you can set up an automation. Simply add a push alarm notification in the automation settings, then use the notification to silence the alarm.

Q: QuestionDoes it work with Samsung SmartStation?

• A:Answer Hello dear customer, please install Sangsung smartthings APP, then you can find all the Aqara devices that can be connected directly with smartthing APP by the following steps. Open smarttings app -> click "+" sign on top right -> add device ->click search sign ->enter Aqara and search for Aqara brand ->select the device type and you will find out all the Aqara products that can be added. If the device you are looking for is not in the list, that mean currently that product cannot be added directly via smartthings app.

• A:Answer Hello dear customer, the T1 Door and Window Sensor is a wireless device operated with Zigbee 3.0 protocol, it does not compatible with a dsc power keypad.
