If you are speaking of US vs International, Yes - I used this on a trip to Madrid recently, and it worked fine. The clipper has an internal battery, and the charger works in a 220v socket (Adapted for EU) This only comes with a US plug, so you will have to get an EU adapter if you don't already have one.
