• It states that it is designed to operate at voltages between 100 - 240 volts, but the plug on the unit I received is a polarized two-prong plug like all two-prong plugs used in the United States.

• I think it's not a dual voltage, but if u want to use it in another country just buy a charger converter, that's what we are doing when I need to charge my stuff from US.
