If I understand correctly, your Arlo battery needs a recharge. You don’t need the charging station, but it’s handy. First, you must carefully push and remove the battery from the Arlo camera. It snaps out and fits quite easily in the Arlo charging station. Connect to AC, light comes on to let you know it’s charging. Turns green when fully charged. Battery snaps out, easily fits back in Arlo camera. Remember to resync with Wi-Fi to ensure Arlo is functioning correctly. As far as the tiny connector, make sure the flat side goes in correctly when plugging into AC. Don’t force it or you’ll damage it. Best of luck.

Why would you take time out of your busy schedule by removing your cameras from wherever they are mounted (sometimes having to climb ladders to get to it) and have it not recording your designated area while charging them? I purchased a dual battery charger. It takes a couple hours to charge all my extra batteries. You can charge these while you sleep, watching TV, anytime 24/7. The charger plugs into the wall outlet and the other end of the cord plugs into the charging unit. An amber light will illuminate while charging and a green light will illuminate when fully charged (see attached photos). Then instead of removing your cameras to charge them you take the batteries you just fully charged to the cameras where they are mounted/located and exchange them there. Low charged battery out and fully charged battery in. 15 seconds and your camera is up and running/recording with a 100% charged battery in it! So stop waisting your time removing and then reinstalling/repositioning each camera everytime you need to charge your battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All you have to do is pull the battery out of the back of the camera and place it into one of the charging ports and plug in and will turn green when fully charged

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you use the charging station you do not need the connector. You push the batteries into the charging station the light will be yellow when it's completely charged it'll turn green.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You still need to plug in the connector to the back of the charger which goes into the plug for the wall. However once you do that the first time you won’t need to do that again and can then just put In the batteries.
