A:Answer If I understand correctly, your Arlo battery needs a recharge. You don’t need the charging station, but it’s handy. First, you must carefully push and remove the battery from the Arlo camera. It snaps out and fits quite easily in the Arlo charging station. Connect to AC, light comes on to let you know it’s charging. Turns green when fully charged. Battery snaps out, easily fits back in Arlo camera. Remember to resync with Wi-Fi to ensure Arlo is functioning correctly. As far as the tiny connector, make sure the flat side goes in correctly when plugging into AC.
