A:Answer We do with with Pro5s and Pro4 cameras, so almost certainly yes. HOWEVER, the battery stays charged at 100%, and since these are lithium ion batteries, charging them above 80% shortens their life. I suggest unplugging the other end of the cord and letting the battery run down to 20%, then plugging in to charge.
You could build a Home Assistant or other automation for this, or simply set a smart plug to charge the battery for 1-2 hours a week.
It is a real shame that Arlo doesn’t have a charge limit built in, considering at $50 each the batteries are very expensive relative to others (Dyson, iRobot). Of course, NOT having the feature makes them more money.
