• Yes, it has a schedule section under Mode to set a schedule or you can setup a GPS ring around your house to turn it on when you leave but it doesn't seem to turn it back off when you return.

• Absolutely. In the Arlo app, there is a button called "Modes" and within these modes, you set a schedule for the camera.

• I think you can but with the paid subscription. The free cloud recording only records with movement or sound detected. There are different modes to choose from when you actually want it to record movement/sound detection.
