“Will the Arlo Q work with existing Arlo wireless & be able to monitor on the phone using the same viewing page? I just want to be able to make sure it will work with our existing Arlo wireless.”

Yes, it will all be under the same view within the Arlo app. On your end it will work seamlessly. The only difference is the Arlo Q doesn't need the base station that the wireless ones use.
