I have the LED lights disabled, with the only exception being that if they cannot reach the internet they will flash purple. I have not found a way to disable that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are no lights when recording during daytime, but for nightvision, it has to have the IR lights show up to record in low-light conditions. Only other time lights could illuminate on camera is if the batteries are about dead, or it looses sync with base station. If Arlo Q, then no base-station required but same thing as stated above for regular Arlo.
