“Is the camera wireless internet-wise but still needs a power cord? I'm looking for a camera that I can plug anywhere but internet wire required. New at this. Thanks for your help.”

This camera needs to plug into a power source, but connects to the internet wirelessly. Once you complete the initial wireless setup, the camera will connect to your network automatically, even if you temporarily deactivate it or lose power.
