• A:Answer Hi Qazi, Arris is currently not selling the SURFboard extenders, you can instead opt for SURFboard mAX Pro/PLus mesh WI-Fi system that has high speed wireless capabilities as well as has 4 ethernet ports on each unit to connect your desktop

• A:Answer Hi Zad, The USB (Universal Serial Bus) ports on the back of the SVG2482AC only supports powering on devices. The USB ports does not support Internet connections.

• A:Answer Direct TV usually just requires an active internet connection, so you would be able to use Direct TV with SVG2482AC that works with Xfinity's internet subscription (please note that it won't work with any other internet service provider apart from Comcast Xfinity)

• A:Answer Hi Frank, SVG2482 already has an inbuilt Wi-Fi router but yes you can use your orbi mesh network with it ( it is recommended to put the SVG2482 AC in bridge modem when using it with the Orbi mesh system)
