Does your modem have a wireless router built in? If it does not, then you do not require a range extender for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't buy an extender but buy a better router. I had this issue and went through the time of buying one after another and returning them not liking the results only to find out i was extending a mediocre signal. The best bang for your buck is to sell your existing router, go eat a nice lunch, and pony up for a $200 router. You'll get like 5000sqft! *NETGEAR - Nighthawk Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router *Asus - WirelessAC1900 Dual-Band Gigabit Wireless Router *Linksys - SMART Wi-Fi Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router *Asus - 802.11ac Dual-Band Gigabit Wireless Router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This modem doesn't have a routing capability. You must first purchase a router. Find the compatible extender that works with your wireless router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, the range extender is for extending the range of an an already in place router - which is directly connected a modem. Assuming this modem is in use, a wifi router, then you are adding a range extender.... The linksys RE6500 is a great choice (I use it in combination with an EA6900 / AC1200 linksys router)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need Wireless route rand not extender
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Range extender usually pertains to extending the existing wifi. Since this is just a modem and not a router, I'm not sure it will do what you are needing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure. Haven't tested different range extenders. I use this at home and it works fine with a regular ranged router. It will not reach outside of my home.
