Will this work with Xfinity app on the phone? null

SBG8300 gateway can be managed by using the SURFboard Manager mobile app. Xfinity app is usually used to manage gateways rented from Xfinity

Short Answer-Yes All of the WiFi devices in my home operate with this modem/WiFi unit. I can stream tv shows to my iPhone XR with it.

Hello, No it doesn't. I asked the Rep from Xfinity. It does have it's own app you can use.
