The internet speeds could vary due to different reasons like slow speeds from ISP, client devices incapable of high speeds, long distance of client devices from the router etc. If you are receiving slow speeds on all of your devices, would suggest contacting your internet service provider to ensure that the device has been correctly provisioned for the desired speed tier
