A:AnswerDepends on what kind of speeds you're paying for. Best to call them and verify a router is going to work with the service you have with them also before you make a purchase. This is a great modem/router but may be more than you need if you're just going to be streaming media primarily.

Try having two wifi channels putting less important devices on the lower frequency and the ones you use more on the higher frequency if it supports it.
