• This IS NOT. working with Optimum voice. I have been on the phone all weekend trying to get it to work. How did you get it to work?

• No this will not work with optimum. As a matter of fact none of the modems that Best buy sells works with the internet and voice. I spent 3 days going back and forth with them to get 3 different modems working and none will function on both voice and internet. Basically you are stuck paying for the rental from optimum.
