• Yes, but it is intermittent at the moment. After I try the fixes that others have listed I will update my recommendation of this product.

• Not if you have a TiVo . Get a Netgear router.

• Yes it works with sudden link. That is the service I have. You will have to call them and give the numbers on the back of the modem but, it works great!!!

• This modem is not on Suddenlink's list of compatible modems but it would be a good idea to call to be sure.
