• Lol. I am a woman, and yes a woman can install it. it is very simple. You just plug it into the wall and plug your service cable into it and that's it. If you have a smart TV, you will need an Ethernet cord to plug into the device and the TV. Any other WiFi device should just require the password.

• Yes, Although I have a number of years experience in electronics, each new addition is a relearning process. I wound up calling Motorola for technical help and Tim of Motorola walked me through. They are truly helpful--just call them.

• Anyone can install this product. As long as you follow the directions and are patient, no one should have an issue. And by all means, if you don't get it right the first time, call Motorola's Customer Service Support and they'll talk you through it.

• Your cable provider can assist if you feel it is too difficult. The modem portion is a breeze as all you need to do is call your cable company and give them the MAC address so they can add it to your account and will receive the internet signal. The router is pretty easy. Just follow the setup guide provided and you should be in business.

• yes, any adult person can set it up at home. You may need to get some technical assistance with your local cable/internet supplier but they will walk you thru completion of set-up of the unit.
