yes but it would be smart to just save your money and get the non-wireless version which matches the same speeds, i am using it now and i am in no way disappointed by the reliability and performance
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can plug in a different router into the back of the modem and use that instead. I use both to share the load. I hooked my XBOX and main computer to the SURFboard and run a Cisco router out of a port to share all the other misc wireless devices in my house
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No need. Just connect your wireless router up and extend your range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes. I ended up doing that since the wireless on the unit was too weak for me (one floor up and about 15' over).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Why would you want to? But yes you can disable by logging into router IP.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you can turn off the wifi and I see no reason why you couldn't use a separate wifi router, I just don't know why you would. Don't know if you need to turn off the wifi to connect another router. There are less expensive cable modems that do not have wifi capability that would serve your purpose just as well for less $.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the "staff" misunderstood your question. Yes you can. However, you must setup your separate wireless router as Access Point for it to work. Your modem will still function as a router and switch without the wireless functionality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe you can. If the wireless router that you have is provided by your service provider, then you can replace that one with this one and save the monthly fee that your provider charges. From my experience, this device works much better than the one that your provider offers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Button for this occurs. No need for it tho.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
